Application Procedure
One class is admitted each summer. Applications will be considered once a year. All application documents (including completed observation forms) must be received by the Office of Student Records and Registrar by the second Friday in December while final fall transcripts must be received by the third Friday in January. Applications for programs in the School of Health Related Professions should apply online by going to http://secure.umc.edu/admissions/shrp.html. An application is considered for the enrollment period designated on the application. If the applicant fails to complete the application, is accepted and fails to enroll, or is not accepted, a new application including all forms, documentation, and transcripts must be submitted to be considered for a subsequent enrollment date.
