Application Procedure
The application with all supporting documents must be submitted by 4:30 p.m.the first Tuesday of December. All applicants pay a nonrefundable application fee of $25.00. Further information may be obtained from the Division of Student Services and Records, University of Mississippi Medical Center, 2500 North State Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39216-4505 or call 601-984-1080 or by contacting Joy Kuebler, PT, MS the preadmissions counselor in the physical therapy department at jkuebler@shrp.umsmed.edu.
