PROGRAM APPLICATIONS

 

Applications for programs in the School of Health Related Professions may be obtained upon request from the Registrar’s Office, University of Mississippi Medical Center, 2500 North State Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39216-4505. All applicants pay a nonrefundable application fee of $25. Application packets contain all the necessary forms and instructions for the application process.
